These terms apply when you buy Heyberry Pro on getheyberry.com. Heyberry Pro bought in the Heyberry iPhone app is sold by Apple under Apple’s terms.

1. Who sells it
Heyberry Pro on getheyberry.com is sold by Heyberry (“we”, “us”). Payments are processed by Stripe, and your subscription is run by RevenueCat’s billing service, which sends your receipts and the link to manage your subscription. We never see your full card details.
2. What you get
Heyberry Pro unlocks Pro in the Heyberry iPhone app for the Heyberry account with the email address you used at checkout. To use it, get the app and sign in with that email: we email you a 6-digit code. Heyberry Pro bought on getheyberry.com gives the same features as Heyberry Pro bought in the app.
3. Who can buy
Buying on getheyberry.com is open to buyers in the United States. Elsewhere, Heyberry Pro is available in the app. You must be 18 or older.
4. Plans, prices and taxes
- Yearly: $29.99 a year, with a 3-day free trial for new customers.
- Monthly: $9.99 a month, without a free trial.
Prices are in US dollars. Before you pay, the checkout shows the plan, its price, how often it renews, any free trial and what is due today. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
5. Free trial
The yearly plan starts with a 3-day free trial for new customers. You add a payment method to start it, and nothing is charged during the trial. When the trial ends, we charge the yearly price and the subscription renews every year, unless you cancel before the trial ends. We email you about 36 hours before the trial ends, with the date it ends.
6. Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, a year or a month, and we charge the plan’s price to your payment method each time until you cancel. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the current period ends. If the price changes, we email you at least 30 days before your next renewal at the new price, and you can cancel before then.
7. Cancelling and managing your subscription
You can cancel anytime:
- with the link to manage your subscription in any of our billing emails (your receipt, a renewal or a payment problem),
- in the Heyberry app: Profile, then Manage subscription,
- or by writing to support@getheyberry.com from the email address you bought with.
Cancelling stops future charges, and Heyberry Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Cancel during the free trial and you’re never charged. Until that end you can subscribe again from the same page, and you can change your payment method or see your receipts there at any time.
Deleting the app doesn’t cancel your subscription. Deleting your Heyberry account does: it cancels the subscription at once and ends Heyberry Pro right away, so cancel first if you want to keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
8. Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of any charge. Our Refund Policy explains how.
9. Using Heyberry
Your use of the app is governed by our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Heyberry gives estimates for general wellness: it isn’t a medical device and doesn’t give medical advice.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for future purchases and renewals. We email you before a change affects a subscription you have.
