This policy covers Heyberry Pro bought on getheyberry.com. Purchases made in the iPhone app are sold by Apple (see the last section).
Free trial
Cancel before the trial ends and you’re never charged. We email you about 36 hours before the trial ends, with the date it ends.
14 days, no questions asked
If you’re not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of a charge, the first one or a renewal, and you get the whole amount back. Your Heyberry Pro ends when the refund is made.
After 14 days
We don’t refund the current period, unless the law where you live requires it, for example when Heyberry Pro didn’t work as described. You can always cancel to stop future charges; Heyberry Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
How to ask
Write to support@getheyberry.com from the email address you used at checkout. We answer within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Bought in the app?
Purchases made in the iPhone app are sold by Apple, and only Apple can refund them: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
