How do I get Pro in the app?
Download Heyberry on your iPhone, tap “I already have an account” and enter the email you used here. We email you a 6-digit code, and Pro is there. Then set up your plan in the app.
When am I charged?
The yearly plan starts with 3 days free for new customers. We email you before the trial ends, and if you don’t cancel, you’re charged $29.99 for the year. The monthly plan is $9.99 today and every month after.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the link in your receipt email, or in the app: Pro, then Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Cancel during the trial and you’re never charged.
I already subscribe in the app. Do I need this?
No. Pro from the App Store and Pro from this site are the same, so there’s nothing to buy twice. When you enter your email at checkout, we check whether its account already has Pro and tell you.
Is it the same Pro as in the App Store?
Yes: the same features at the same prices. Only where you pay is different.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are in US dollars, before any sales tax that applies where you live. Checkout shows the total before you pay.
